Payments for courses and programs are processed securely through Podia Labs Inc. and Stripe.
Mama Mudra does not store or access your credit card details.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
Access to digital products is granted immediately upon purchase.
Because all Mama Mudra courses and resources are digital, access is provided instantly after purchase.
For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue or believe there has been an error, please contact help@mamamudra.net within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.
Where stated, Mama Mudra courses include lifetime access, meaning you retain access for as long as the course platform (Podia) remains active and Mama Mudra continues to operate.
We reserve the right to update or retire old content as needed.
If you create an account on our course platform, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and preventing unauthorized access.
Do not share your login credentials or course materials with others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mama Mudra and its owner, Simona Duffner, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages—direct or indirect—arising from the use of our materials or services.

Mama Mudra uses third-party services (Podia, ConvertKit, Manychat, Stripe, etc.) to deliver content and process payments.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Spanish law and under the jurisdiction of the courts in Cádiz, Spain.
